What information we collect

As a consultancy, we don't need a lot of data to be effective. We only collect:

  • Contact Details: Your name and email address if you reach out via our contact form.
  • Project Briefs: Any information you voluntarily provide about your business challenges.
  • Technical Data: Basic "internet breadcrumbs" like your IP address and browser type via cookies, to help us understand how people are using our site.
Client Engagements

Access to proprietary data

To build solutions that actually work, we often need to "look under the hood." This may involve accessing your existing databases, proprietary spreadsheets, legacy file structures, or third-party API keys (such as Square, Stripe, or Xero).

The "Zipped Lips" Policy. We treat this data as strictly confidential. Access is obtained solely for the purposes of:
  • Mapping existing data to new, structured databases.
  • Auditing current workflows to identify technical requirements.
  • Testing the integrity of the completed solution.

We do not store your business data longer than necessary for the build, and we never share your internal logic or trade secrets with third parties. We treat your data with the same precision and security as our own code.

We are software developers, we don't leave the gate open
